Information
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, please take a moment to read through these useful details about the villa and your reservation.
- Dogs on request: €10 per day, food not included. Please bring your own blanket or basket.
- Included in the price: Towels, bed linen, electricity, water, e-car charging station, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, sauna, heated pool.
- Smoking: We kindly ask for your understanding that smoking is not permitted in Villa Barbara.
- For our little guests: A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.
- Security deposit: €500 in cash upon arrival. Refunded after final inspection on departure, if no damage, loss, or extra cleaning is required.
- Wine cellar: Available for use at an additional cost.
- Payment terms: 30% of the total amount due within 7 days of booking confirmation. Remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Cancellation policy: - Free cancellation up to 120 days before arrival, - 30% of rental price if canceled within 90 days, - 100% of rental price if canceled within 30 days or in case of no-show.
